Knowledge Network Explorer: lessons, curriculum, Webquests & other materials developed to support teachers & librarians achieve meaningful, technology-infused learning environments. Several pages of helpful sites — educational games, rubrics, informational sites, lesson plan sites, templates, etc. Check it out. You will have to set up your own account (it’s free), but you will need to see me for our school code. Once you have your account set up, you can select fantastic educational videos to show in your classrooms. Be sure to download them to your computer — don’t try to use the streaming videos. They are jumpy and erratic. Websites need to be evaluated. Try this handy tool. This is a document with many of the websites we have used during GLEEM (Grade Level Expectations Educational Model) Institute Training. These sites were posted by the GLEEM class of Summer 2005.
